Unique service concept

It is important that everything feels just right whenever you book and stay in one of our holiday homes. That’s why we do everything we can to provide you with quality and personal service, both when booking and during your stay. 

 

When booking 

Here at VillaVilla, we offer a personal style of service and will be happy to consider in detail any requests or questions you may have.

If you have any special preferences for your stay, we will be more than happy to recommend a specific house. We are involved right from the construction process, so we have extensive knowledge and personal experience with each house and its furnishings.

Service consultants

As a part of our service concept, each of our holiday homes is assigned its own service consultant. 

Our service consultants greet you personally when you arrive, demonstrate the house’s facilities and help you to settle in. Our consultants have excellent knowledge of the local area and can help answer any questions you might have. 

You can also contact your service consultant throughout your stay should you need any help with the house or have any questions. 

When it comes time to leave, your consultant will come down so you can inspect the house together and work out your utility costs.  In the vast majority of cases, your utility charges will be deducted from your deposit and the remaining amount will be returned to you before departure. This means you won’t have to wait for weeks and weeks to have your deposit returned.

 

After your stay

After your stay, we will ask you to rate the house and your experience. We do this because it helps us to become even better at meeting the needs and preferences of our guests.
