As standard, most of our indoor pools have both a counter-current system and a water slide. The kids will simply love splashing about in the pool, and they will be free to do so for hours on end – days, even!

Our summer houses with indoor pool also have their own little wellness section. Here you will find a large whirlpool as well as an exquisite sauna. The whirlpool is located in the pool room, so you will have no trouble keeping an eye on your happy little swimmers while you enjoy some R&R. Simply unwind and enjoy the delightful bubbles and the warm water. The sauna makes for the perfect end to a brisk walk in the fantastic outdoor environments that can be found close to all our holiday homes. The great thing about having an indoor pool is it means the weather can’t spoil your fun. Which is super practical in a country like Denmark, which has quite a few rainy days. The number of rooms in our summer houses varies from between five and thirty. The largest of our summer houses with pool typically have different bedroom sections, so each family can occupy their own separate part of the house.   

You might be thinking that only really big summer houses come with a pool and wellness area. But in fact almost all our holiday homes – big and small – have a pool. So no matter the size of your group, you will be sure to find a summer house with pool to meet your needs and preferences.

The pool is always ready

We are often asked: “How long does it take before the pool is ready to use?” So here’s the good news – our pools run a constant temperature of 26–29 degrees which means they are ready to use the second you arrive. Simply dig out your swimwear and you’ll be ready to enjoy the first dip of the holiday.

Pool checks

We place great value on the safety of our guests which is why we undertake continuous checks of the water quality in our pools. When you rent our houses you are obliged to allow pool technicians to access the house and to follow all their instructions on use of the pool. 

Time flies with a pool and activity room

Both children and adults are guaranteed to find plenty of entertainment in our summer houses with pool. All of the poolhouses we offer have a swimming pool where both kids and adults can soak, splash and swim to their hearts’ content. Our larger holiday homes have their own mini water park with a 20 m2 swimming pool with water slide and often a counter-current system.

Not sure what else you can use the pool for – besides simply swimming? Bring along a snorkel, mask and flippers and let the kids practise and build their confidence in safe and controlled surroundings before heading out to the beach.

Be sure to also bring a ball and you can enjoy hours of games and entertainment that the youngest in your group will be sure to love.

Want to really make the most of your summer house holiday? Then throw a good old-fashioned pool party! Put on your favourite tunes, blow up your inflatables, and bring out both the deck chairs and some colourful drinks with cute little umbrellas. A sure-fire recipe for a good time that everyone will enjoy.    

All of our holiday homes with pool also have a large activity room. Is grey and drizzly weather putting you off going outdoors? Not to worry! The activity room has both table tennis and billiards, so you will have ample opportunity to enjoy some friendly competition. Some of our larger summer houses with pool also have a table football table as well.  

Plus the activity room will also has a games console and darts. If you need to refuel and recharge you can do so at the home bar.

And in the evenings you will find plenty of space for all guests to gather and enjoy each other’s company in the living area. All of our poolhouses have a large terrace where you can relax outdoors as the kids play football or play in the sandbox and on the swing.

Utility costs in a poolhouse

The utility costs will depend on the size of the holiday home you rent and how much you use the different facilities. Some tips on how to keep utility costs down

If you would like to try and keep the utility costs in your poolhouse rental as low as possible, then it helps if you put the cover back over the pool whenever it is not in use. Try also to keep the floor in the pool room dry. That way you can stop the dehumidifier from going into overdrive.
