At VillaVilla, we believe that the best experiences happen when you are together. That’s why we specialize in renting out large summer houses where multiple generations, families with children, and large groups can vacation together. Summer houses large enough for everyone to be together.
10 – 40 people
In a “Sammenhus” (together house), there is plenty of space for 10 – 40 people and many activities – regardless of the season or weather forecast. The houses have pools or spas, activity rooms with things like billiards and table tennis, a large kitchen, and space for everyone around the dining table.
Birthday, vacation, or business
A “Sammenhus” is a place where grandma can celebrate her milestone birthday with all the children and grandchildren. A place where old friends, who have had children, can enjoy a shared vacation in each other’s company. A place where colleagues can hold strategy days or seminars without interruptions. In other words, a place where there is room to meet a bit more.
Personal Host
It is easy and pleasant to be a guest in a VillaVilla house. Upon arrival, our local VillaVilla host greets the guests, introduces the house’s facilities, and answers any questions. The hosts are available for questions during the stay. Upon departure, the host will settle up for consumption and other matters.
Since 2003
VillaVilla is Danish-owned and was founded in 2003 by Jakob Nautrup and Bjørn Krogh Andersen. In the early years, we were called Luksushuse, but in 2022, we changed our name to VillaVilla. We rent out around 400 summer houses located across Denmark, Sweden, and Northern Germany.
When Booking
At VillaVilla, you will experience personalized service, where we take the time to go over your inquiries and questions. If you have special requests, we are happy to recommend a house. We are involved from the very beginning when a new summer house is built, and therefore have extensive knowledge and personal experience with each house and its interior.
To make a booking with VillaVilla, you go through 5 steps:

- Fill in your personal details
- Choose your payment method
- Accept our rental terms
- Check that all information is correct and confirm your booking

VillaVilla offers summer houses where it doesn’t have to be summer. You have a spa or pool indoors, so you can enjoy a swimming vacation even when it rains or snows. Inside, there is also a large activity room with billiards, table tennis, or similar – there’s also room for hobby days, Lego marathons, or board games for the whole family.
VillaVilla host welcomes you
Upon arrival, our local VillaVilla host will greet you, show you the house’s facilities, and answer any questions. You can call your host directly if any issues arise during your stay. When it’s time to head home, you can read your consumption and settle up with the VillaVilla host.
