What is your role at VillaVilla?
I’m part of VillaVilla’s customer service team, where, since October 2024, I’ve been responsible for handling all aspects of customer service in both Danish and German. My tasks range from general phone and email support to coordinating larger, business-related bookings, handling complaints, liaising with our VillaVilla hosts, and much more.
I’ve worked in the holiday home rental industry for many years — including as a holiday advisor and later as assistant manager at Sol og Strand — which has provided me with plenty of valuable experience that I use every day to ensure our guests have the best possible experience.
At VillaVilla, we’re a tightly knit team that always goes the extra mile to deliver experiences far beyond the ordinary. I’m personally a true (summer house) holiday nerd, and that’s why I find the highly specialized holiday home rental segment that VillaVilla represents so exciting to work with. I genuinely enjoy helping the many guests who call or write to us with all the questions that arise when planning and enjoying their VillaVilla holiday.
What do you do in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature—especially going on long walks with my partner and our dog through the beautiful landscapes around the Limfjord.
I’m a passionate musician and spend a large part of my free time performing as a guitarist and bassist on live stages across Denmark with my band. I’m also very interested in sound production and have been producing and releasing music for several years alongside my work in the holiday home rental industry. Music plays a big role in my life and is a creative outlet that I truly value.
When it comes to vacations, I’m a huge fan of holiday home stays. For me, it means time in nature, peace, and quality time with the people I care about—all things we often don’t get enough of in everyday life. Holiday home vacations provide exactly that, which is why this type of holiday always appeals to me.
I encourage everyone going on a holiday home vacation to fully enjoy it and take the time to explore Denmark’s coastal areas—there are so many hidden gems that often go unnoticed. I have a special connection to North Jutland, where places like Lønstrup, Løkken, and Blokhus are always among my favorite destinations.
