What is your role at VillaVilla?
I work in the booking department at VillaVilla and joined the team in autumn 2024. Here, I help our customers find the perfect holiday home for their vacation, whether they want a place close to the beach or a getaway in nature.
Working at VillaVilla gives me a great opportunity to use my customer service experience while diving into the practical side of holiday home rentals. The pace is fast, and the tasks vary, which makes each day both exciting and occasionally challenging. But there’s always room for smiles and humor, even on busy days.
I really enjoy helping eager customers and guiding them toward a cozy and meaningful holiday home experience—one that creates memories and moments that last far beyond the vacation itself.
What do you do in your free time?
In my free time, I’m very active and spend a lot of time on sports, especially handball, which I’m really passionate about. I also follow football and basketball and have a general interest in all kinds of sports. Watching the Tour de France during summer in a holiday home is a tradition I truly look forward to every year.
Besides sports, I’m a big fan of holidaying in Danish summer houses. For me, it’s all about coziness, togetherness, and the comfort you get from escaping the stress and hustle of everyday life. There’s something truly special about being in a summer house where you can relax and enjoy time with the people you care about.
When it comes to holidays in Denmark, I’m especially enthusiastic about West Jutland. There’s something unique about the waves of the North Sea and the fresh wind that you don’t find anywhere else in the country. The nature and landscape in the area create the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday focused on comfort and coziness.
My best advice for those going on a summer house holiday is to remember the value that togetherness and coziness bring. It strengthens family bonds and friendships across generations—so get away and create lasting memories.
