What is your role at VillaVilla?
At VillaVilla, I work as a homeowner advisor – a role I’ve held since August 2014. My primary responsibility is to serve as the link between VillaVilla and our many homeowners. I handle daily communication and ensure that the collaboration runs smoothly from start to finish – whether it’s a house being rented out for the first time or one that has been in operation for many years.
I assist with everything from onboarding and guidance to ongoing questions and coordination regarding the house, so that the homeowners always feel confident and well-informed. This can include everything from reviewing inventory lists and photos to offering advice on how to best present the house for rental.
What do you do in your free time?
When I’m not at work, I live in Viborg with my three children. My free time is spent on exercise, long walks, and cozy moments with family and friends; that’s where I recharge and find new energy.
The summer house life also plays an important role in my private life. Every year, the whole family goes on weekend trips to a summer house. It’s a long-standing tradition that has lasted for over 20 years. It’s always a wonderful experience where four generations come together to enjoy the peace, togetherness, and presence. These are the kinds of moments that create lasting memories and perspective – and they make me even more passionate about my work at VillaVilla.
My best tip for enjoying a summer house trip is to remember that the trip should be a vacation for everyone who is there together. Denmark – and not least Sweden – have a lot to offer when it comes to summer house areas and nature experiences.
