Before Departure

Departure Time

Departure from the holiday home is no later than 10 a.m. (11 a.m. on Sundays) unless otherwise agreed in your rental agreement.

Please contact the host team at least two days before departure to agree on a departure time.

We will take care of the cleaning. However, please make sure to complete the following tasks before you leave.

Kitchen

  • Wash dishes / empty the dishwasher
  • Remove all food from the fridge and freezer
  • Empty and dispose of garbage bags
  • Remove empty bottles
  • Clean the oven of any leftover food, etc.

 

Living Room and Dining Areas

  • Return furniture to its original position
  • Remove pet hair if you brought pets
  • Empty ashes from the wood-burning stove

 

Bedrooms

  • Remove rented bed linen from duvets and pillows and place it on the floor in the hallway

 

Outdoors

  • Clean the barbecue
  • Remove any pet waste from the yard if you brought pets
  • Remove cigarette butts

 

Additional services that are not included in the cleaning (charged separately)

  • Linen not removed: DKK 20.00 per bed
  • Washing of bed linen in case of ‘accidents’: DKK 250.00 (per bed)
  • Emptying ash left in the wood-burning stove (please note that cleaning the glass and emptying the ash pan is included in the final cleaning): DKK 100.00
  • Emptying the dishwasher: DKK 100.00
  • Emptying the oven of food residues and extra cleaning: DKK 200.00
  • Emptying and disposing of food left in refrigerators/freezers: DKK 200.00
  • Emptying the barbecue and cleaning the grill per barbecue: DKK 250.00
  • Collecting cigarette butts: DKK 200.00
  • Significant rearrangement of furniture: DKK 300.00
  • Disposal of extra waste: min. DKK 250.00 + any disposal fees
  • Disposal of empty bottles: DKK 250.00 + any disposal fees
  • Removal of animal hair if pets are present: DKK 250.00
  • Removal of animal waste on the property if pets are present: DKK 250.00
  • For the 4th and 5th dog, additional cleaning fee (if additional dogs are approved by the homeowner): DKK 250.00 per dog
