House Facilities
A VillaVilla home offers many facilities, all of which are, of course, available for you to use freely during your stay. We hope you enjoy them and create lots of fun moments together. Please treat the house and its facilities with the same care and respect as if it were your own.
If you are unfortunate enough to accidentally damage something, please inform your VillaVilla host immediately. If you have booked through VillaVilla, your rental includes peace-of-mind guarantee, which covers most types of damage.
Pool
The swimming pool maintains a constant temperature of 26–29°C (79–84°F) and is ready for use upon your arrival at the holiday home.
To ensure optimal water quality, regular checks are carried out on the pool. In accordance with our rental terms, you are required to grant access to the pool technician when needed.
For safety reasons, as a guest in a VillaVilla holiday home, you are also obligated to follow any instructions provided by VillaVilla, the homeowner, or the local host team regarding use of the pool.
Please note: Use of the swimming pool and spa is at your own risk, and children must never be in the pool area without adult supervision.
Before using the pool or spa, please take a thorough shower. This reduces water contamination by up to 200 times, significantly improving water quality and minimizing bacterial growth.
If you’d like to help reduce energy consumption in the pool house—for the sake of both the environment and your wallet—we recommend placing the pool cover over the water when not in use. Also, try to keep the poolroom floor as dry as possible. This helps prevent the dehumidifier from working overtime, which can save energy and preserve the indoor climate.
Guides

Spa
In most cases, you will need to fill the hot tub with water yourself. In many holiday homes, the hot tub draws water from the pool, which is already heated to between 26 and 29°C, and then heats it further.
This significantly reduces the time it takes to reach the desired temperature.
Inside the pool room, you will also find an indoor hot tub guide, often placed on the wall.
Your host team is also available to assist with operating instructions for both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
Sauna
Many sauna heaters are equipped with both a timer and a thermostat. A common mistake is turning both, which causes the sauna to start only after a delay of several hours.
If you want the sauna to start immediately, only turn the thermostat.
Fireplace
Firewood for the wood-burning stove is not included in the rental price but is often available for purchase locally in small bundles.
Please remember to empty the ash from the stove before departure.
Pool Table
Please do not place drinks or similar items on the pool table, as this often results in stains on the expensive felt, which would then need to be replaced.
