We wish you a wonderful holiday and kindly ask that you respect the house rules during your stay. You are welcome to use all of the holiday home’s facilities, and we hope you will take good care of everything so it’s ready for the next guests.
- We encourage good neighbourly relations and ask that you show consideration for neighbours and other guests in the area.
Please lower the volume of music, singing, or other noise and close windows and doors after 10:00 PM, as quiet hours apply in the area from that time. - Parking is permitted on the property in the designated parking spaces. Any additional vehicles must be parked elsewhere, without disturbing neighbours. General public parking rules apply.
- The house must not be occupied by more people than stated in the booking.
- Smoking is only permitted outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.
- Tents, caravans, or similar setups are not allowed on or near the property.
- Youth groups are not permitted to rent this holiday home.
- The rubbish bins are for regular household waste only. Cardboard, bottles, and similar materials should be taken to the municipality’s recycling containers.
- Your stay is at your own risk. Children must not enter the pool area without adult supervision.
