      Fantastic holiday house with pool on Bornholm for up to 22 people

      Beautifully located close to Dueodde Beach lies this large and well-appointed pool house. The sunshine island of Bornholm is home to child-friendly Dueodde Beach and lots of natural beauty, plus Hammershus Castle Ruins and no shortage of charming market towns with nice little shops and cafés to visit.

      The house itself has a nice pool area with a 20 m2 pool. The pool is equipped with a water slide, Roman steps and a counter-current system, making it a great place to swim and play for hours on end. Plus there is a whirlpool and sauna for warmth and relaxation.

      The house also has an activity room where you can find an outlet for any excess energy. Challenge each other to a game of billiards, table tennis, table football or darts. You can also play PlayStation or watch TV from the sofa area. Plus there is a bar with fridge where you serve up some cold drinks.

      You will be able to enjoy your meals at the large dining table in the centre of the house which has space for all the house’s guests. The kitchen/dining space has a dining table and a well-appointed kitchen with everything you will need to whip up delicious dinners including two ovens/cookers, two fridges and two dishwashers.

      Alongside the kitchen you will also find a cosy living area with sofas where you can make yourself snug by the wood-burning stove. There is also a TV and views out to the large terrace and garden.

      Sleeping accommodation is spread across three separate sleeping areas and a cosy loft with television. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom with toilet.

      The house has a beautiful terrace which is partially covered. On the terrace you will find garden furniture and a barbecue – everything you need to enjoy the Danish summer. Out in the garden (natural plot), the kids can play basketball or play on the play frame with both slide and sandbox.

      The house has a 16A CEE socket for charging your electric car.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
