      Lovely holiday home close to child-friendly beach in Fjellerup

      This bright and well-appointed Skanlux pool house is located in a peaceful holiday home area close to the charming resort town of Fjellerup. The pool house is located close to the child-friendly beach and not far from the many attractions that Djursland has to offer.

      Soak and swim for hours on end in the lovely pool area with its 20 m2 pool with counter-current system and water slide, or relax in the inviting whirlpool and warming sauna. The summer house also has a large activity room where you can enjoy a game of billiards, table football, table tennis or darts.

      Also in the activity room you will find a comfortable sofa area with a flat-screen TV and video games console. Plus there is a bar with fridge for cold drinks while you play.

      At the heart of the summer house is a large and bright living space with ample room for everyone to gather together over dinner. The well-appointed kitchen has ample space and everything you need to prepare food for the whole gang. Among other things, it has two cookers and two fridges.

      The nine bedrooms in the house are spread across three sleeping quarters. Each room has either one double bed or two singles. In addition there are also two lofts which sleep six in total (best suited for children).

      Outside there is a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A great place to enjoy the sun and watch as the kids play in the garden where there are swings, a trampoline, a sandbox and a play tower.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
