Grenå is a charming market town packed with lots of nice shops and great places to eat. Take a walk around the marina and appreciate or visit the church which dates all the way back to the 1300s. Nature around Grenå Strand is characterised by heather and woodland – simply perfect for long walks.

      The home can accommodate up to 26 people and has everything you need to enjoy hours and hours of fun and entertainment. The separate activity room in particular offers lots to do. It has table tennis, billiards and table football. You can also play darts or have a go on the PlayStation 4.

      The pool area is another great asset inside this house! It means you are guaranteed a swim no matter the season. Use the Roman steps to get in and out of the 23 m2 pool, or take the water slide if you feel like making more of a splash. There is also a counter-current system if you feel like a bit of exercise. After your swim, you can enjoy a moment in the whirlpool or sauna.

      When cooking for many people a well-equipped kitchen is absolutely crucial – and that is just what you’ll find here! There are two dishwashers, two sinks, two ovens and plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer. There is plenty of space for everyone to gather around the long dining table. In the kitchen/living space you will find a wood-burning stove and a sofa area around the TV. The house has 10 double bedrooms plus a loft where the remaining six guests can sleep (best suited for kids). The house has four bathrooms.

      The fun and activity can continue outdoors as well. The terrace has a barbecue and garden furniture – so with just a little summer sun you will have everything you need for a great barbecue! Over in the garden there is a trampoline, swing, sandbox and play tower for the kids. Please note that the outdoor pictures shown are demo pictures.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
