Large and beautiful holiday home with room for 24 people

This newly built (2020) summer house is located on the East Jutland coast in a scenic area close to child-friendly Grenå Strand. Follow the walking path through a magnificent countryside landscape and some luscious woodland to the nice and sandy beach. The cottage can accommodate up to 24 people and has been constructed from exquisite materials with a keen eye for details. This is a holiday home that has not skimped on any of the details.

The house is not far from the town of Grenå where you will find some great places to eat and go shopping.

The house has nine bedrooms spread across three different sleeping quarters, allowing different families to each claim their own wing or for kids and adults to stay in separate parts of the property. In addition there are also two lofts – one which sleeps up to six people and another with large bean bag chairs and a TV where the kids can hang out together.

Each of the three sections has its own bathroom meaning that there are four bathrooms in total across the house. There are two travel cots and two high chairs on hand for the little ones among you.

The large kitchen/living space has direct access to the terrace and makes for a natural place to gather and enjoy meals. The house has a very spacious and stylishly decorated kitchen. The kitchen has two dishwashers, ovens, sinks, cookers, fridges and one freezer. This makes it easy to serve up hot food for everyone at the same time and the dishes can be taken care of quickly. The kitchen/living space also has a wood-burning stove for a little extra cosiness on colder days. Everything you need for a proper holiday!

There is lots to do and enjoy in this summer house. Take a dip in the 20 m2 pool which has steps, a water slide and a counter-current system, or enjoy a moment in the whirlpool or sauna. You will find all this in house’s pool room.

In addition, there is lots more fun to be had in the activity room where you can go head to head at games such as table football, billiards, table tennis, darts or the PlayStation 4. The room has plenty to keep you busy as well as a cosy home bar with its own wine fridge so spectators can enjoy a glass of white at just the right temperature or simply chill out in the sofas.

The facilities outdoors are just as good as they are indoors. In the garden you will find a trampoline, swing set with slide and football nets (summer 2020). The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, two kettle barbecues and an outdoor wood-fired pizza oven. The terrace is partially covered which means you can spend time outdoors even if the weather is unsettled. Plus there is a parasol for shade on sunny afternoons.

Up to two pets are allowed in the house so even the family’s four-legged friends can join in on the holiday fun.
