      This pool house offers many activities for both older and younger guests alike and enjoys a superb location close to the beach on South Funen. Its location is close to the charming town of Faaborg where you will find a range of speciality stores, cafés and charming cobbled streets.

      The summer house has a large and spacious open-plan living space with stylish kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to gather around the table. Make yourself snug in the cosy sofa corner which is located next to the house’s wood-burning stove.

      Fun and activity are guaranteed year round in this house – even if the weather decides to let you down. The house has its very own mini water park with whirlpool, sauna and a 14.4 m2 swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system.

      The house’s activity room has table football and billiards/table tennis, games consoles and darts so you can play and compete all day long. The holiday house has a total of five bedrooms a loft which sleeps four. All bedrooms and the loft have their own TV.

      Enjoy the sunshine and the gorgeous sea views from the garden furniture outside while your cook up a nice steak on the barbecue. The smaller guests among you can enjoy playing in the sandbox, jumping on the trampoline or having a go on the swings. There is also a 10 m2 hut available to lock up your prams and bicycles. It is mandatory to order a cleaning service at this house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
