Here at VillaVilla we offer large summer houses with plenty of room for all the family. In Lohals we rent out holiday homes which are designed for 16, 18 or 20 people. When holidaying in such a large group, it is important that you have the opportunity to spend some quality time together, but also that you have the option to retreat into your own space if even just for a moment. That is why the bedrooms in our holiday homes are divided across separate sleeping quarters or bedroom areas. The holiday homes for 16 people have two different sleeping quarters, each with three bedrooms plus a loft with four mattresses. The holiday homes for 18 people also have two sleeping quarters, this time with three and four bedrooms plus a loft, which also sleeps four people. The layout is slightly different in the holiday home for 20 people, as this one has three separate bedroom areas. Two of these quarters have three bedroom while the final one has two bedrooms. The loft in this holiday home can also sleep four people. This kind of set-up means all guests can find some peace and quiet when they need it, while the lofts are often very popular with kids. Here they can play and have fun together in their very own adult-free den.

Facilities in the summer houses in Lohals

The holiday homes that we rent out here at VillaVilla all have different facilities. However when it comes to our houses in Lohals, they all feature a swimming pool, a whirlpool and a sauna. So your beach holiday is guaranteed – even if it rains outside or the sea is too cold. The holiday homes are only 600 metres from the beach, so you can make good use of both the sea and the indoor facilities, and if you are visiting in winter, the sauna will help you get nice and warm after a dip in the cold sea. The pool area is equipped with a pool and whirlpool in the same room, so adults can relax in the whirlpool while their happy little swimmers splash and play in the pool with counter-current system and water slide. The sauna has plenty of room for a small group so you can chat and natter as you enjoy its invigorating heat.

All of our summer houses in Lohals offer the unique option to purchase a starter pack for your holiday. As we all know, when so many people are holidaying together the car can quickly fill up with food, games, clothes and everything else you need. Perhaps you’re already starting to feel tired and stressed at the mere thought of having to start packing? This is something we want to help you avoid! That is why we here at VillaVilla offer a starter pack which contains items such as soap, washing-up liquid, toilet paper and dish cloths. All the things that you will no doubt need but which are always annoying to have to hoke out from the bottom of bags when you need them or which are easy to forget altogether. Lohals is a fantastic place to spend your holiday, especially because the area is so beautiful, green and scenic. A great place to enjoy this special atmosphere is from the terrace of your holiday home, where you will find a barbecue, garden furniture and activities for the kids. All of the holiday homes have a swing and sandbox, while some also have football nets, a trampoline or a play tower, as is the case for Holiday Home No. 337. Younger kids in particular will have a blast playing here all afternoon long, while the adults keep a watchful eye over them and relax on the terrace.

If the weather is rainy you will also find opportunities to play inside as well. All of the holiday homes have an activity room – a playtime paradise for the whole family, where you can spend hours together. Here you will find games such as table football, table tennis, darts and billiards, which you can play to your hearts’ content. All of the summer houses also have a game console. This will be either a Wii or a PlayStation. It is important that you bring your own games for the game consoles as no games are provided at the holiday homes. The summer houses we rent out in Lohals promise lots of holiday fun no matter the weather outside. If nobody is quick to volunteer to do the dishes, go off and do the grocery shopping or set the table, then you can simply play a game to decide who will have the honour. Smart, right? Special facilities to make your holiday home experience even better

Several of the holiday homes we offer in Lohals are adapted for specific needs. For example, if you want to bring along the four-legged member of your family, then you are more than welcome to bring them to Holiday Homes No. 337, 308, 307, 284 or 279. You are permitted to bring up to two pets with you to any of these houses, just remember that it is your responsibility to make sure that your pets do not cause any damage to the house. If you would like to bring more four-legged friends than that, you are welcome to contact us and we can try and find a solution.

If you have a baby in the family, then Holiday Home No. 284 may be the house for you. All of the summer houses we rent out here at VillaVilla take into account the fact that many families have small children, so you will also find a highchair and a cot at all our properties – including our homes in Lohals. However, this holiday house is particularly well-prepared to welcome families with small children, as it has a baby bathtub and a changing table. So, you won’t need to worry about fitting these items into the car!

Things can often get chaotic in the kitchen when so many people are holidaying together. That is why two of the holiday homes for 18 and 20 people are equipped with an XL kitchen. XL kitchens have two dishwashers, cookers, ovens and fridges. Plus they also have additional counter space so it is easier for several people to help out at once. No matter who and how many people are in the kitchen, you won’t be held back by a lack of equipment. Enjoy!

There are several great places to go fishing in the Lohals area and several of the holiday homes are well set-up to facilitate this. Sea trout and garfish can be caught to the north of Lohals, while it is also possible to catch flatfish from the harbour in town. When you arrive back at the holiday home with your catch you will be able to prepare the fish at the outdoor fish cleaning station with tap. If you catch more than you can eat then not to worry. The freezers in the holiday homes with fish cleaning stations are larger than average, so you can easily store the rest of your catch.
