      This well-equipped Skanlux pool house with activity room and its own mini water park is a welcoming place to visit all year round. The house is located close to the charming town of Bogense and Skåstrup Strand.

      It features an inviting pool room where you can swim in its 18 m2 pool with water slide and enjoy the whirlpool and sauna. There is also a counter-current system in the pool which is great for exercising and having fun.

      The activity room offers billiards/table tennis, table football and darts, providing ample opportunity for fun and enjoyment with friends and family. Serve up some cool drinks for the players from the activity room’s bar with fridge. There is also a loft with TV and PlayStation 3 for younger guests and the young at heart. Naturally there is also free wireless internet in the house.

      The well-equipped kitchen with kitchen island contains all modern conveniences and is connected to the living room, so you can have fun and chat together while preparing the dinner.

      The living room features comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV with DVD player and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings with a film or book.

      Weather permitting, you can use the terrace and its good-quality garden furniture for a cosy barbecue in those long summer evenings. There is a trampoline, sandbox and swings for younger guests.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
