      This beautiful Skanlux house close to Skåstrup Strand exudes quality. Treat yourself to a relaxing stay and enjoy the house's superb location close to the charming town of Bogense.

      The house has its own pool with counter-current system and slide for children, an inviting whirlpool and a sauna for true relaxation.

      The activity room is the perfect place to unleash your competitive side. There you can enjoy hours of fun competing at table tennis and billiards, darts and on games consoles. The house has its own bar with fridge in the activity room.

      Next to the wood-burning stove is a cosy sofa area where you can unwind after a busy day filled with activity. Close by is the long dining room with space for 18 people. Naturally there is also wireless internet available in this summer house.

      The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens and a large fridge and freezer, making it easy and convenient to prepare meals in each other’s company.

      The house has two distinct sleeping quarters each with their own bathroom. The two sleeping quarters have three and four bedrooms respectively making the house ideal for multiple families vacationing together. The house also has a large loft which sleeps four people.

      Outside there is plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing moment on the partially covered terrace. Plus there is a sandbox and swing for the enjoyment of smaller guests.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
