      Welcome to this large and well-appointed summer house close to both the beach and the city.

      This house has its own pool and activity room, making it the perfect setting for a great and action-packed holiday no matter the weather or season.

      Situated close to the child-friendly beach at Skåstrup, the many exciting attractions on offer across Funen and the city of Odense with all its shops, this house is an excellent base for an active and eventful holiday.

      The house has its own 20 m2 swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system where water lovers can splash and swim for hours on end. The large whirlpool and sauna simply invite you to relax and chill out.

      The central living space is the house's natural meeting point and combines a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a cosy sofa arrangement and a cosy wood-burning stove.

      The activity room is a paradise for competitive souls with table tennis, billiards, darts, PlayStation 3 and table football all on offer. There is also a bar with a fridge so you can mix yourself a cold drink between rounds.

      The large terrace makes for a great place to chill out and sunbathe, relax or enjoy a meal in the Danish sunshine, plus it is partially covered so you can still enjoy it even if the weather lets you down.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
