    The house has its very own 15 m2 swimming pool with water slide and counter-current system where water lovers can soak and swim for hours on end before relaxing in the large whirlpool or sauna.

    Or if a spot of friendly competition is on the agenda, head to the activity room and go head to head at billiards/table tennis, table football and darts. Plus you can also watch TV or a have a go on the house’s PlayStation 4 (remember to bring games).

    The cosy living area with wood-burning stove makes for a great place to enjoy a good film or book, and if the sun is shining you can step straight out onto the partially covered terrace.

    The long dining table by the well-appointed kitchen has ample space for everyone to gather round for a shared meal.

    The property sleeps 14 people across two areas with five bedrooms in total and the remaining spots located up in the loft (best suited for kids).

    Outdoors you will find cosy terraces, sandbox, swings, trampoline and plenty of space to play ball games on the lawn.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
