      Welcome to a summer house that’s out of the ordinary! The home is designed with a careful eye for detail and brimming with activities for a fun and off-beat holiday experience. The activity room offers billiards, table tennis, table football, a PlayStation 4 and darts – so prepare to go head to head for freedom from dishes duty and enjoy some family fun like never before. The house can sleep up to 18 people and three pets.

      The pool area is another popular domain with guests of all ages. You can swim, dive and splash until the cows come home in its 18 m2 swimming pool which has a water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system. Bon vivants may be tempted by a moment in the whirlpool or sauna.

      When so many people are holidaying together under one roof, it is important that you have plenty of space for everyone to gather – and that’s certainly what you get in this house’s large kitchen/living space. It includes a stylish kitchen with great facilities to cook meals for many people and two dishwashers.

      There are seven bedrooms in total across the house plus a loft which sleeps four (best suited for kids and teens). The three bedrooms are located across the house. The cosy and partially covered terrace makes for a great place to hold barbecue evenings or simply enjoy the Danish sunshine.

      The youngest among you can play in the garden, build sandcastles in the sandbox, swing on the swing or jump on the trampoline.

      Skåstrup Strand is popular with families who live in different parts of Denmark due to its meet-in-the-middle location. It is close both to a pleasant beach with a jetty as well as the charming seaside resort town of Bogense. The area around the summer house is full of gorgeous countryside and charming little rural villages. North Funen offers no shortage of attractions and fun experiences which you can enjoy on your stay in Skåstrup.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
