The house is perfect for anyone who wants to combine comfort with both relaxation and shared experiences. The large pool area, the active environment in the activity room and the well-designed outdoor spaces set the scene for a fun and varied holiday, no matter who you're travelling with. The property can accommodate up to 20 guests across eight bedrooms and four loft spots – plus four bathrooms for comfort and convenience.

Inside you can gather together across different experience zones – both big and small. The activity room serves as the house's playground, offering billiards, table football, table tennis and darts. It also has a projector and screen, making it perfect for tournaments, film nights, presentations and short breaks, or for enjoying some quiet time on the sofas. The pool area is great for both play and rest, with the heated water keeping you comfortable and the water slide promising plenty of laughter and smiles.

The open-plan kitchen and living space is offering plenty of room for cooking in the XL kitchen, while the rest of the group can gather for conversation, games, or relaxation in the living area. The room is also equipped with a projector and screen, making it particularly well suited for company presentations. It is easy to accommodate many people without compromising on space or comfort.

The house has been carefully designed with the outdoors in mind. The terrace is equipped with extra lighting and terrace heaters, so cosy evenings outside can be extended well into the year. The wellness area with whirlpool, sauna and outdoor shower provide ample opportunity to relax under an open sky while the kids can play safe and sound on the lawn. The house is also equipped with an electric charger, so guests arriving in EVs can charge up during their stay.

The sleeping areas are designed to ensure everyone has a good base during their holiday. The loft is ideal for kids, while
three bathrooms make morning routines both convenient and easy.

Skåstrup Strand is known for its quiet ambience, child-friendly coastline and gorgeous nature.
