    This cosy holiday home for up to 12 people and three pets is located in the recently constructed resort area of Olpenitz which is not far from the town of Kappeln in Northern Germany – about an hour away from the border with Denmark (the area is still under construction).

    Here you can swim and splash for as long as your heart desires as the summer house has its very own mini water park with swimming pool, water slide, Roman steps, whirlpool and sauna.

    The activity room has everything you need to give it your all in a game of billiards, table tennis or table football. Plus you will also find a gaming corner with a PlayStation 4.

    Over in the cosy living space you will find a long dining table with space for all 12 guests and a cosy sofa corner with a TV where you can relax and enjoy evenings together with a good book or film.

    Connected to the living room is the kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals for all the guests in the house. The summer house has five double bedrooms in total plus a loft which sleeps two (best for kids) for a good night’s sleep after a fun-filled day.

    The summer house has a total of two bathrooms.

    Sunshine and good weather can be enjoyed on the partially covered terrace which has both a barbecue and garden furniture – perfect for outdoor dining. Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
