      This summer house has been designed with a keen sense for detail and makes a great setting for a family holiday or for several families who want to holiday together. The property is located close to the resort town of Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea (the area is still under development) in gorgeous Northern Germany and has enough room for 20 guests and three pets.

      The heart of the property is the luxurious kitchen and living space where you will not only find an XL kitchen with two sinks, two dishwashers, two cookers/ovens and plenty of fridge/freezer space, but also a long dining table with enough room for the whole gang to gather together. This room also has a sofa area where you can kick back and relax with a good book or film.

      Enjoy countless hours of fun and games in the activity room which has billiards, table tennis, table football, darts and a PlayStation 4. There is also a bar in the corner where you can serve up cold drinks from the fridge as you keep an eye on all the games.

      This holiday home is a great choice in both the summer as well as in winter and cooler months as it has its very own pool area which includes a whirlpool, a sauna and the main attraction – a large swimming pool with Roman steps, counter-current system and a water slide.

      The eight double bedrooms are divided across three different parts of the house with a bathroom in each area, while the remaining six guests can sleep up in the loft (best suited for kids). There are four bathrooms in total across the property.

      The summer house has a large tiled and partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
