    This charming summer house makes the best setting for a lovely holiday in either summer or winter. The property is located close to a gorgeous beach in the new resort area of Olpenitz (under development) on the Baltic Sea in Northern Germany and close to the charming German town of Kappeln. The summer house can accommodate up to 16 guests and three pets.

    At this house you can splash and swim in the 18 m2 swimming pool with both a water slide, Roman steps and a counter-current system. The pool room also has a sauna and a whirlpool for that complete sensation of true well-being.

    The activity room has a combined billiards and table tennis table as well as darts and a PlayStation 4 so nobody need ever go bored in this house.

    The kitchen/living space is the natural heart of the home. From around the long dining table you will have a view into the pool room and enough space for all 16 guests to gather around a shared meal. Close to the crackling wood-burning stove is a cosy sofa area with a television where you can unwind after an action-packed day.

    The house sleeps 16 people across six double bedrooms in two distinct sleeping quarters each with their own bathroom and a loft which sleeps four (best suited for kids). The summer house has three bathrooms in total.

    Outdoors there is a tiled terrace with good garden furniture. Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
