Luxury holiday house in Baltic resort of Olpenitz near Kappeln

Here you have a cosy summer home which has been built by Skanlux with a keen eye for detail and perfect for holidays all year round. The property is located close to the Baltic in a new resort area called Olpenitz, not far from the town of Kappeln in Northern Germany (the area is still under construction). The surrounding area abounds with gorgeous nature and quintessential German town life in Kappeln, especially around the old museum harbour.

Inside you will find space for 16 people who can sleep across six double bedrooms or the loft (which sleeps four and is best for kids). Even on winter days there is heaps to do in this house.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.
