      This well-appointed Skanlux holiday home in the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz (area still under development) is big enough for 16 guests. The holiday park is right by the Baltic Sea and perfect for holidaying together with family and friends. In the summer you can swim and dip your toes at the lovely beach. The view of the Baltic Sea is truly in a class of its own!

      This scenic area at the mouth of the Schlei Fjord is perfect for undisturbed hikes through gorgeous landscapes. Or if a spot of culture or gastronomy is on the agenda this holiday, set your sights on near-by town of Kappeln where you will find a variety of different shops and cultural offerings. You can also buy some freshly caught fish and then whip up a delicious meal with it when you get back to the summer home. The well-appointed holiday home makes the perfect setting for a relaxing break by the Baltic Sea.

      The large summer house has two separate bedroom areas with a bathroom in each section. Both sections have one double bedroom alongside two single bedrooms. So both couples and single guests will find a set-up that suits. The cosy loft has room to accommodate up to four more people and is often a popular choice among younger guests.

      The kitchen is equipped with modern white goods and kitchen appliances with ample space for cooking. In direct connection to the kitchen you will find a dining area with a long dining table. The dining area then gives way to a living space where you will find a comfy sofa corner and a large television which is perfectly suited for cosy evenings in the company of good friends.

      If more action is what you had in mind, then head to the activity room. Here you can go head to head at a game of billiards, table football or the PlayStation 4. And if all the excitement has you working up a thirst, you will find the room has a bar with integrated fridge. After a quick refreshment the games may then continue with renewed vigour!

      If water and well-being are more your style, this summer house by the Baltic Sea also has a fantastic swimming and spa area. Relax in the 18 m2 pool with Roman steps and water slide or warm yourself up in the sauna or whirlpool. The whirlpool naturally makes for a great place to spend your time on rainy days. The pool area also has an additional bathroom with shower.

      And it is certainly not just the inside of the house that has been considered: The outdoor area includes a covered terrace with garden furniture which is just perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining. Fire up the barbecue on the large terrace and enjoy a lovely summer evening filled with good food and good company in Ostsee Resort Olpenitz! Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
