Modern pool house for up to 16 people in Ostsee Resort Olpenitz

This spacious and well-appointed summer house is located in the Baltic resort of Olpenitz (area still under development) on the eastern coast of Schleswig-Holstein and can sleep up to 16 people. The charming town of Kappel is just over 10 km away. Here you will find several interesting sights and entertaining events. For example if you visit in spring you can fill your bellies with fish at the annual herring festival. In Kappeln, you can also board a charming paddle steamer and explore the gorgeous fjord landscape on a tour of the Schlei inlet.

Other interesting day-trip destinations in the area include Arnis which is the smallest town in all of Germany. A small trail runs the whole way around Arnis and thanks to the town’s modest size you can easily see and explore it from all angles in under half an hour. The first weekend in August each year this town hosts the annual festival Musik am Noor. The venue for this festival is a disused shipyard in Germany’s smallest town.

You will also find plenty of things to keep you busy in the summer house itself. The corner TV area in the living room, the super-fun activity room and the pool area mean there is more than enough to keep you entertained. So no big deal if you happen to have a rainy day on your trip. The pool area has an 18 m2 pool with Roman steps and a water slide. Or if you really need to get some heat in your bones, enjoy a moment in the whirlpool or the sauna.

The activity room is the perfect spot to enjoy many hours of fun and games or even to simply just make yourself cosy and relax together. Here you will find a bar with fridge as well as a chill sofa corner with a PlayStation 4. Perfect for spending cosy evenings in the company of good friends. If you need a break from screens and virtual entertainment then how about a good old-fashioned game of billiards or table football?

So much activity can be tiring, so when the yawning starts you can take your pick of two double bedrooms, four twin bedrooms and the loft which sleeps four. In total the summer house sleeps as many as 16 people. With so many bedrooms, there is naturally also a need for a couple of bathrooms. You will find a total of three bathrooms with shower and WC in the summer house.

The modern and well-equipped kitchen makes it easy as pie to whip up a delicious meal or two during your stay. Meals can be enjoyed around the big dining table or al fresco on the partially covered terrace. There is also a barbecue out on the terrace. In short everything and more has been considered in this fantastic pool house in Ostsee Resort Olpenitz!

Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.
