Charming summer house for twelve people in Ostsee Resort Olpenitz

Are you planning a fun holiday in the lap of luxury with all the family, including those of the four-legged variety? Then this Skanlux summer house with whirlpool and sauna may be just the ticket. The house is located in Ostsee Resort Olpenitz on the shores of the Baltic Sea in Germany (the area is still under development). Not far from the property is a charming marina and a lovely beach. Weidenfelder Strand is just a few kilometres away from the summer house area and has a special part of the beach especially for dogs. The resort town of Kappeln beckons with several restaurants and shops to explore and enjoy.

The summer house itself has plenty of space for up to twelve people and three pets.

Sleeping accommodation is spread across three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a loft which sleeps four. The summer house also has one smaller bathroom with a shower and WC as well as a large bathroom in the wellness area where you will find a whirlpool and a sauna. So you can enjoy a bit of water, heat and bubbles this holiday.

Meals can be enjoyed around the long dining table in the open-plan living space or al fresco on the terrace. In addition to garden furniture, the terrace also has a barbecue. The terrace is partially covered so you can still eat outside even if it starts to drizzle.

And in general, you can take rainy days in your stride at this house given that it has both a comfortable living space with a large television as well as a fun activity room for all the family to enjoy. The activity room offers many different games and options for fun and entertainment: Choose between table tennis, billiards, table football, darts and the PlayStation 4.

If you need to recharge your batteries after a nerve-wracking tournament, you can relax at the cosy bar with fridge and enjoy a well-deserved drink. Or if something more substantial is in order, the modern and well-appointed kitchen is ready and waiting for you. Here there is plenty of space for you to enjoy cooking together.

The dining table is placed close to the kitchen island so whoever is tasked with making the dinner need not feel out of the loop. You can easily chop vegetables and chat away with the others at the same time.

The fresh sea air beckons for long walks along the beach plus there are also lots of green meadows and smaller woodland areas which are just perfect for leisurely strolls.

Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.
