This holiday home by the Baltic Sig has a sheltered bay and a marina where you can enjoy long walks and gorgeous scenes. The German part of the Baltic region also offers many different beaches and water sports activities as well as boat trips and beach volleyball.

      The modern summer house can accommodate up to 10 guests overnight. Up to three pets are also very welcome, and so this home is perfect for anyone who wants to holiday on the Baltic Sea with their dog.

      Upon entering you will come directly into the bright dining and living room. A nice space for guests to spend quality time together. The dining/kitchen room is comfortably set up and offers plenty of space for both budding home cooks and the other guests to chat and spend time together as meals are prepared.

      The spacious holiday house is perfect for couples with children, group retreats or a holiday together with friends. The living room has a cosy fireplace and a comfortable sofa corner with TV. From the lounge area you can access the exquisite activity room which has plenty of fun and games on offer.

      Nothing beats unwinding with a couple of games so why not challenge your fellow guests to a gruelling head-to-head in table tennis, table football or billiards? In addition the activity room also has a PlayStation 4 and a darts board for even more variety. All that competition is bound to work up a thirst, which is why the room also has a stylish bar with an integrated fridge.

      The large terrace is directly connected to the lounge area of the holiday home. The barbecue is just great for relaxed nights of outdoor dining while the terrace has good-quality garden furniture and the garden is well suited for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.       Catch some Zs in one of the three double bedrooms. So parents and couples need not forego their usual double bed while on holidays. The smallest bathroom in the house with shower and WC is also located in this part of the property. Another inviting bedroom is located by the entrance, and this one has two twin beds.

      Just across the hall is where you will find the largest bathroom. In addition to the shower and WC, this bathroom also boasts several wellness facilities, namely a stimulating whirlpool and a sauna. The loft has room for another two guests to sleep and is particularly well suited for kids.
