Lovely summer house with sauna by the Baltic Sea for ten people

Located in Ostsee Resort Olpenitz close to the gorgeous Baltic coast is where you will find this lovely Skanlux summer house brimming with activities (the area is still under development). In the town of Kappeln, which is scarcely 10 km away, you will find lots of shops, restaurants and a charming harbour environment.

The holiday home is well furnished and has four bedrooms plus a loft which sleeps two. Kids in particular tend to love the loft which they can take over and claim as their own little kingdom. That leaves three double bedrooms for parents and couples to choose between, all located close to the bathroom with shower and WC. Finally the teenagers of your group will no doubt value having some space to themselves in the bedroom at the other end of the property which is furnished with two single beds.

There is also another bathroom here, although wellness mecca may be a more fitting description. Whatever you call it, both the sauna and the whirlpool will be sure to draw you in for revitalising moments replete with warmth and well-being. Shared breakfasts can be enjoyed in the large dining and lounge space. The kitchen and dining area are conveniently located right next to each other so the kitchen team can chat away to other guests while cooking.

But you are on your holiday remember, and you won’t want to use any more energy than is strictly necessary, and that’s where the house’s modern kitchen appliances come into the picture. Not to mention a coffee machine for the perfect morning brew. The dining room gives way to a lounge and living space where you can enjoy relaxed moments with a good book, plan the next day’s itinerary or simply watch a good movie.

The summer house’s activity room is a whole chapter unto itself and will surely be one of the highlights of your trip. Here you can go head to heat at billiards, table football or darts. Perhaps that sounds a little too old-school for some? Well not to worry as the house has a PlayStation 4 as well. If you need a little pick-me-up along the way simply sit back at the cosy bar which has its own fridge. After your refreshment you will no doubt have plenty of energy for yet another nail-biting tournament.

The large terrace is partially covered and thus ideal for al fresco dining in the great outdoors. How about gathering everyone round for a barbecue party? After all: The terrace has both a barbecue and comfy garden furniture.

Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.
