      Here you have a large summer house with space for all the family! Germany’s east coast is a popular holiday destination – and not without good reason!! Here you will find beautiful beaches and gorgeous nature where you can enjoy long walks in the fresh air. This summer house is within driving distance from the German town of Kappeln where you will find both charming shops and good restaurants.

      The property has its own 20 m2 indoor swimming pool with water slide and Roman steps. The pool room also has a large whirlpool and sauna for that true feeling of absolute well-being and relaxation.

      Meanwhile the activity room also offers a wealth of fun and entertaining activities to enjoy. Here you can play table tennis, billiards and darts – or challenge each other to a table football tournament. The activity room also has a bar and a little sofa area with a PlayStation 4 (just remember to bring your own games).

      At the heart of the house is a kitchen/living space with ample room for all the gang to gather around the long dining table. The XL kitchen is extra large and well equipped with two dishwashers, sinks, ovens and refrigerators. There is room for many chefs and sideline chefs to make cooking on your holiday a real breeze. Over in the sofa corner you can enjoy a good film and enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove.

      The house sleeps 24 across several distinct wings each with a bathroom. In total the summer house has nine double bedrooms plus a loft which sleeps six (usually popular among kids and teens). There are four bathrooms in total.

      From the kitchen/living room you will have access to the terrace where you will find both garden furniture and a barbecue. In the vicinity of the holiday home is a playground for the kids.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
