      Trams am See is a true paradise where nature and activity meet. Located in Germany, this house and its surroundings offer the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday.

      The pool house accommodates up to 16 people and offers everything you will need for a fantastic holiday experience. On arrival, you will be met by an impressive open-plan kitchen and living space, which is the heart of the home. The spacious and well-appointed kitchen is a dream for any chef, no matter whether you're whipping up a banquet or just fixing a quick snack. The long dining table is the perfect place to gather and enjoy meals together.
      Also in the same space is a comfy sofa area where you can relax and unwind after an action-packed day.

      But the fun doesn’t stop there! Head to the activity room, where you will find a wide range of entertainment options for kids and adults alike. Challenge each other to a game of billiards, darts or table football – or why not organise a pulse-raising table tennis competition? The activity room also has its own bar, where you can mix up your favourite concoctions and enjoy them in good company.

      The fun can then continue over in the pool area. Enjoy an invigorating dip or take some time to perfect your strokes. Many hours of fun and play are guaranteed for all ages.
      When it comes time to take a break, you can head out onto the large terrace, where you will find a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Enjoy the heat and bubbles of the outdoor whirlpool or step into the sauna. Then just sit back and feel your troubles melt away.

      The spacious terrace also boasts comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue. Fire up the grill and transform fresh, local ingredients into beautiful home-cooked meals, while you share stories and create memories together.

      With six comfy bedrooms and two cosy lofts inside, you will find plenty of space for large families or big groups of friends. NB: The lots are best suited for kids and teens.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
