The house is designed to be the perfect environment for laid-back days spent enjoying activities and quality time with your loved ones.

      The heart of the home is its large open-plan living space with a long dining table which is just perfect for group meals and together time. The well-appointed kitchen boasts two ovens, two stoves and two fridges, making it both simple and convenient to whip up meals, even with so many of you under the one roof. The cosy sofa area makes for a great spot to enjoy a good film or simply sit back and keep an eye on the goings-on in the pool room.

      The restless among you, meanwhile, will feel perfectly at home in the property’s large activity room. Here, you can go head to head in billiards, table tennis, air hockey, darts, table football and carrom – or why not watch a film in the home-cinema set-up with comfy seats and Apple TV? The house also has a bar with fridge so competitors and spectators alike can enjoy a cold drink between bouts.

      The pool area is an experience in itself, with a 20 m² swimming pool, water slide and counter-current system. Practise your strokes and get some exercise, or simply splash and play to your heart’s content. When it comes time to unwind, the large whirlpool and sauna offer the perfect setting to enjoy your holiday to the max. The luxurious outdoor whirlpool is simply perfect for relaxing – enjoy the water and the views of the garden, or refresh yourself under the outdoor shower after a leisurely day in the sun.

      Outdoors, there is something for guests of all ages. Kids can cut loose on the trampoline and the swings, play in the sandbox or go down the slide, while the adults can try their hand at a game of pétanque or simply enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Plus with spacious lawns, basketball hoops and football nets at your disposal, there are games for all the family to play. After your activities, you can then gather together around the cosy fire pit and soak up the tranquil atmosphere, roast marshmallows over the open fire or simply enjoy each other’s company with a few drinks.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
