Whether you are after a holiday home for your summer holidays or just a winter getaway, this beautiful and very new summer house is sure to offer just what you’re looking for. It boasts a great many fun activities to enjoy both indoors and out. The summer house is built for 20 people and so has ample space for all the family or a group of friends to come together and holiday under one roof. The holiday home is located in Marielyst on the island of Falster which not only boasts a gorgeous beach with 20 km of soft, white sand, but also many great eateries, charming local shops and exciting attractions.

If you feel like a swim over the course of your holidays then you have come to the right place. This house has a 20 m2 swimming pool with water slide, counter-current system and Roman steps. You can also relax in the sauna or enjoy the bubbles of the whirlpool.

This holiday home also has its own activity room where you will find games for kids and playful souls of all ages. You can play a game of billiards and table tennis, hold a table football championship or challenge each other to a round of darts. From the sofa in the corner you can enjoy a good movie or have a go on the PlayStation 4. And if all the action leaves you with a thirst, you can grab a cold drink from the home bar with its very own fridge.

The summer house has an extra large kitchen with doubles of the most important appliances: two ovens, cookers, sinks, dishwashers and plenty of fridge space. The kitchen has a kitchen island and is found in the same open-plan space as the living room. Everyone can gather around the long dining table or chill out in the cosy sofa over by the television. The kitchen/living space is also where you will find the home’s wood-burning stove.

The cottage has eight bedrooms which are all either a double or twin. Meanwhile the loft is often a popular spot with children and teenagers and can sleep up to four people. There are four bathrooms in total across the property.

There is plenty of space outside to run around and get some air. Children can play in the sandbox or jump on the in-ground trampoline. Plus the garden also has a swing set and play tower. The terrace has a barbecue and garden furniture so provided the weather holds you can enjoy pleasant barbecue evenings outside. There is a petanque court in the garden.
