      When it comes to a proper holiday, a beautiful setting is key! This property has everything in the way of comfort and activity so you can be sure to enjoy your holiday together. There is room for up to 14 people and the house is located in the lovely resort town of Marielyst. Close to the beach and not far from town. The area boasts many fun attractions for all the family, including the largest adventure mini golf course in Europe – the Golf & Fun Park. Or why not swing by SuperBowling or rent a tennis court?

      The house is also great for keen swimmers and fans of the water. It has its very own 12 m2 indoor swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps and a counter-current system. Also in the pool room is an exquisite whirlpool and a sauna.

      The house also has a cosy living space with dining table and sofa corner. Enjoy the heat of the wood-burning stove with a good film or book. The stylish kitchen is well equipped and within the same open-plan space.

      Next to the sofa area is the activity room where you can have fun and enjoy each other’s company. How about a game of table football or a darts tournament? Or a game on the combined billiards/table tennis table? If the children want to watch a movie while the adults chill in the lounge, then can retreat to the activity room where there is a TV.

      The house sleeps 14 across five double bedrooms and the loft where there are four quality mattresses (popular with kids and teens). There are two bathrooms in the house.

      Outdoors there is plenty for the kids to play on and enjoy including swings, a play frame, a sandbox and an in-ground trampoline. The partially covered terrace is ideal for barbecues or simply relaxing under the sun on those warm summer days.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
