The property is located in the popular resort area of Marielyst which is brimming with sights and activities for all the family to enjoy. Are you looking for a holiday home that can put up the whole family?

Then this house may be just what you’re looking for! Summer house 469 can accommodate up to 22 overnight guests across eight double bedrooms plus a loft which sleeps four. Always a popular choice among kids who will relish the chance to play and share a room with their siblings, cousins or friends.

The house has a stylishly decorated kitchen/living space with high ceilings and ample space for everyone to gather around the long dining table. The large kitchen has a kitchen island, two sinks, two dishwashers, two ovens and plenty of fridge space. Also in this space is a cosy wood-burning stove which you are very welcome to use on your stay.

The activity room is full of fun and exciting things to do. Here you can play a game of table tennis, billiards or darts. Plus there is also a table football table and a PlayStation 4. The activity room also has a home bar with fridge where you can serve up some cold drinks between games.

If you’re more into splashing and swimming, you won’t be disappointed! The house has its very own 20 m2 indoor swimming pool which you are free to use and enjoy. It has Roman steps and a water slide. Also in the same room is an exquisite whirlpool and a sauna.

The fun and excitement can continue outdoors as well. Younger guests can enjoy the in-ground trampoline, play tower with swing and the sandbox. Meanwhile the terrace has both a barbecue and garden furniture so you can prepare and serve dinner outdoors. This holiday home guarantees a good setting for a holiday together with all the family.

It is no secret that Marielyst has one of Denmark's best beaches and the area is full of fun attractions for the whole family. The large and newly built square is worth a visit and home to some nice cafés and ice cream huts. In the local area you will find mini golf, a go-kart track, a horse-riding centre and a wealth of other attractions.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

What time can we arrive at the house?

The house will be at your disposal from 15:00 on your day of arrival. It is not normally possible to access the house earlier than that.

What time do we need to vacate the house by?

The house is at your disposal until 10:00 on your day of departure (or 11:00 if you are departing on a Sunday). A later departure than that is not usually possible.

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions. Note: Not all holiday homes have a wood burning stove (please see the house description).

Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival. Note: Not all holiday homes have a pool (please see the house description).
