Stylishly and furnished summer house with pool in Marielyst

Inside this luxury holiday home you will find no shortage of activities. This is an architect-designed property which has been stylishly decorated with beautiful furniture and large bright rooms. The home is located in a nice summer house area in Marielyst. Marielyst is known for its lovely beach and its charming resort town atmosphere with lots of different cafés, ice cream spots and shops. This is quite simply a town radiating with life and carefree abandon, especially in the summertime.

The house itself offers many different facilities. Guests will no doubt enjoy swimming in the 18 m2 swimming pool with water slide and Roman steps. Plus there is a bubbling whirlpool and a fantastic sauna where you can enjoy that real feeling of true relaxation and tranquillity. It hardly gets more relaxing than this. The saying goes that time flies when you’re having fun – and you will find that to be all too true in this summer house.

Inside there is an activity room with a combined billiards and table tennis table, a table football table and a PlayStation 4. There is also a sofa area and a bar where spectators can relax and watch while waiting for their turn.

The cottage sleeps up to a total of 16 guests. Sleeping accommodation is spread across six double bedrooms, two of which have a TV. The four remaining guests can sleep up in the loft. This is usually a popular choice with kids and teens. The kitchen/living space is nightly decorated and both light and inviting thanks to the skylights and large window sections.

The kitchen has two ovens, a dishwasher and a fridge so you will have plenty of space when cooking and washing up. There is a view into the pool area from the long dining table which means that the whole house feels connected and together even if you are doing different things. The pool house has three bathrooms in total.

The terrace is a nice place to relax in the sun and to cook a mouth-watering steak on the barbecue. There is plenty of space for the whole gang to relax together and enjoy the Danish sunshine. There is also an outlet for charging electric cars.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

Will the pool be warm upon arrival?
