      Located close to the well-known resort town of Marielyst lies this comfortable holiday home for up to 14 people. Situated as it is close to both the child-friendly beach and the lively atmosphere of the town, this house is in the right place for a fun and varied family holiday.

      The house is also well set up to accommodate all the generations of your family thanks to its practical room layout. There are two separate wings or bedroom areas with two and three bedrooms respectively and one bathroom in each area. Plus the loft can also be used as a bedroom for up to four guests and is particularly well suited for the kids and teens in your group. So you can all holiday together but divide the bedrooms between family units.

      The family-friendly set-up of this property also extends to the stylish kitchen which is well appointed and directly connected to the living space. Here you can enjoy some cherished together time even if not everyone is involved in the cooking. Meals can then be enjoyed around the long dining table which has plenty of room for everyone to eat together.

      Or if the weather is good, you can cook dinner on the barbecue outdoors while the kids run around and have fun on the play tower. An outdoor heater will keep you toasty as you enjoy your food on the summer house’s partially covered terrace.

      The house’s activity room is sure to excite the competitive souls in your party – everyone is welcome, from family champions to sore losers! The room is perfectly set up for hours of fun and competition in table tennis, billiards or darts. Spectators can enjoy a comfortable seat on the sofa where they can also have a go on the PlayStation (just remember to bring your own games) or play a game of cards.

      The fun can then continue in the holiday home’s pool area. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool and fitness fanatics can get in some exercise by activating the counter-current system in the water. The pool is 15 m2 in size and has Roman steps. The room also has speakers so you can play some music.

      Wellness lovers are sure to enjoy the outdoor facilities which can be found on the terrace. Here you can enjoy the house's warming outdoor hot tub and the outdoor sauna. Evenings can be enjoyed out on the terrace and if the temperature starts to drop you can switch on the terrace heaters.

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
