      Welcome to this well-appointed Skanlux house located close to Råbylille Strand and all the many attractions the area has to offer.

      The house has its very own mini water park with 14 m2 swimming pool with water slide and counter-current system for hours of fun and play. Or if pure relaxation is more your style, then the whirlpool and sauna will be just the ticket for you. The kitchen has a view in to the pool room.

      In the activity room you can challenge each other to a game of table tennis, billiards, table football, darts or play on the house’s PlayStation 4.

      The open-plan living space combines a cosy sofa area with wood-burning stove, the kitchen and the dining area for hours of fun with friends and family. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed so you can chat and be together while the dinner is being prepared.

      The house has two bathrooms and five bedrooms which each sleep two people. There is also a loft with beds for four people – especially popular with children and teens.

      Enjoy the Danish summer out on the terrace or in the garden while the youngest among you play in the sandbox or on the swings.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
