This gorgeous 30-person pool house is located in beautiful Ålbæk, which is just 20 minutes away from the centre of Skagen. It boasts plenty of space for a big family or group of friends, and with activities on offer for guests of all ages, entertainment is guaranteed.

      All manner of activities can be found under the roof of this modern Skanlux holiday home. Unwind in the swimming area where you can soak and swim for hours on end in the heated pool. Or head out to the terrace where you will find a wellness area comprised of an outdoor hot tub and an outdoor sauna. Out here you can cast away the stress and worries of everyday life and simply enjoy some time in each other's company.

      Or if you need something a little more action-packed, then you'll find just what you need in the house's large activity room. It boasts billiards, table tennis, table football and darts. So why not put together your own little mini-tournament over the course of the holiday and find out who will be the big winner of the trip!? And while the competitors work up a sweat going head to head, spectators can relax and follow along from the room's very own bar. From here you can enjoy a cold drink while you watch all the action unfold. Just remember to bring your own ingredients.

      The heart of the property is its large open-plan kitchen and living space. Here you will find a spacious XL kitchen with everything you need to cook meals for as many as 30 people. Perfect for whipping up all your favourite dishes. While the food simmers away and its enticing aroma wafts through the space, you can relax in the sofas or sit around the long dining table which has enough room for all guests.

      And if the weather's on your side, you can even prepare food outside on the barbecue and then dine al fresco on the terrace.

      As an added bonus, this house has a multi-purpose court that is shared with the neighbouring house. Here you can play football, basketball, volleyball and much more.


      When it comes time to divide up the rooms, you will be pleased to learn the house has four distinct sleeping quarters. Each area has three bedrooms which each sleep two guests. One of them also has a simple family bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The remaining four spots are located up in the two lofts. The loft is an especially popular option for kids and teens.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
