      This modern holiday home is simply designed for creating unforgettable memories with room for all. Located in the charming town of Ålbæk, just 500 metres from the beach and within easy reach of both Skagen and Frederikshavn, this house offers the ideal mix of relaxation and activity, indoors and out.

      The large open-plan kitchen and living space is the heart of this VillaVilla holiday home. With its comfortable sofa area, spacious open kitchen and huge dining table with a place for all 20 guests, this area is perfect for cosy meals in each other’s company and memorable evenings together.

      The house is also brimming with a wealth of activities. Inside, you will find an activity room filled with entertainment for guests of all ages. Here, you can go head to head in billiards, table tennis, darts and table football. When it comes time for a break from the action, you can enjoy a cold refreshment from the house bar – just remember to bring your favourite drinks! Besides the action-packed activity room, the property also has its very own swimming pool area. Here, both kids and adults alike can splash around in the water and enjoy a couple of relaxing laps. Both the pool area and the activity room offer direct access out onto the partially covered terrace with terrace heaters which you can use to extend those lazy summer evenings. Perfect for enjoying a barbecue dinner in the wonderful garden furniture.

      If relaxation is at the top of your holiday to-do list, then the property’s outdoor wellness area should do just the trick. Here, you can treat yourself to a spot of relaxation in the outdoor whirlpool or sauna and enjoy the fresh air, and gorgeous surroundings as you unwind under an open sky. When you’re done, you can make use of the outdoor shower – simply the perfect way to cap off your wellness experience!

      After regaining your energy in the outdoor wellness area, the activities can then continue. Why not challenge each other to a game on the house badminton court? And while the games are underway on the court, the younger guests in your group can play on the trampoline, the see-saw, the slide and the swings, or they can partake in a game of football! You can then wrap up the day by gathering around the fire pit in the garden for a cosy moment together.

      With its eight bedrooms and two lofts which sleep two each (and are best suited for children), all guests will be able to sleep comfortably in this house.

      Meanwhile, at just 400 metres away, Farm Fun is practically on your doorstep. This play and animal park is well worth a visit and boasts activities for all the family.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
