      The heart of this home is its large and inviting open-plan living space where kitchen, TV lounge and dining area all meld into one, with a wood-burning stove to make things nice and cosy. The long dining table is the perfect place to enjoy cosy meals and quality time together, and from here you can also make full use of the projector to show a presentation or watch the match on the big screen.

      The pool area is sure to be a high point of the holiday for water lovers from all walks of life. Featuring a private pool with volleyball net and water slide, it is simply the perfect setting for hours of fun and play splashing in the water. And if that’s not enough water for you, your stay also includes free access to Frederikshavn Svømmehal where you will find a total of four pools in addition to a gym and wellness facilities.

      Or if you prefer to stay close to home, the house also has a large activity room which can be accessed from the living space. Here you can go head to head in billiards, table tennis, darts and table football – or just kick back with a board game. It’s the perfect place for competitive spirits of all ages. After a few gruelling bouts, participants can mingle with spectators and recharge with a cold refreshment at the house bar.

      Holidays are also all about relaxation. And what better way to do just that than by taking a dip in the warm water of the outdoor whirlpool, or spending a moment in the sauna? Here, you will truly be able to unwind and disconnect from the stress of everyday life. You can then round off your wellness experience with an invigorating blast under the outdoor shower.

      Even if the Danish weather disappoints, you can still prepare meals outdoors in the impressive and covered outdoor kitchen, which has three barbecues and can be found out on the terrace. Enjoy dining at the long table before kicking back with a drink in hand on the soft lounge chairs under the covering, all while keeping an eye on the kids as they cut loose on the trampoline.

      When your eyelids start to feel heavy and it comes time to tuck in, you can disperse across the eight bedrooms in the house, while up to four of you can sleep in the loft (best suited for kids and teens).

      There is high-speed wireless internet in the house and an EV charging point right by the front door so you can charge up your electric car.

      If you feel like heading out, Farm Fun is just a few minutes away on foot, boasting a playground and animal park that kids are sure to love. Ålbæk is located just two kilometres to the north of this property, and you will need no more than 20 minutes to reach either Skagen or Frederikshavn by car.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
