      This action-packed holiday home has enough space for 26 people and is located within walking distance of the child-friendly beach in Bratten. Here you will find ample space for all the family in this 400 m2 house – and plenty of entertainment for many hours of continuous fun.
      The layout inside is perfect for big families, featuring multiple sleeping quarters. In other words, this holiday home is an excellent spot for holidays among large friend groups or the whole extended family.

      At the heart of the property, you will find a spacious kitchen and living area with room for the whole group. The open-plan living space has an ideal design with a well-appointed kitchen, sofa nook and activity corner where you will find a bar, billiards, darts, and table football. There is also a PlayStation 5 with two games and two controllers so you can go head-to-head.

      The spacious living area offers direct access out onto the property’s large wooden terrace. Out here, you can prepare food on the barbecue and enjoy family dinners under the open sky at the outdoor dining area. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor play, too, including a sand box, swing set, play tower and football nets. Also located on the grounds are two SUP boards, wet suits and water shoes which you can use at the nearby beach.

      When you feel like a dip, you need go no further than the holiday home’s very own pool area which offers opportunity for both fun and relaxation. The pool area provides you with a swimming pool, a heated mini-pool, sauna access and an extra shower.

      When it comes time for a good night’s sleep, guests can catch some Zs in one of the ten double bedrooms which all have their own TV. The remaining six guests can sleep in the loft which has six box-spring mattresses.
      A unique addition to this house is its very own conference room with space for up to 20 people complete with a projector and the possibility to connect up your computer.
      This house has both geothermal heating and solar panels, making it particularly cheap to heat and run.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
