      Welcome to this beautiful pool house, which was built by Skanlux near the lovely beach in Nr. Lyngby.

      The holiday home is full of activities – here you will find a lovely pool area with a 15 m2 swimming pool with water slide and built-in counter-current system. The house’s very own mini water park also features a large whirlpool, a bathroom with underfloor heating and a sauna. Besides the many hours you can spend in the pool, the house also has much else to offer. There is a fully equipped activity room with billiards/table tennis, table football, a PlayStation 4 PRO and darts.

      The kitchen is directly connected to the living room and has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and freezer.

      The house is spacious and well appointed with five bedrooms and a loft with plenty of space for overnighting guests. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun in good-quality garden furniture.

      The natural plot that surrounds the house is great for younger guests and features swings, a sandbox and a trampoline for them to enjoy.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
