This 20-person VillaVilla house is located in beautiful Nr. Lyngby, close to the charming beach resort town of Løkken. The area offers a unique combination of nature, charm and fun activities for all the family. With its location close to the North Sea and the area’s impressive dunes, Nr. Lyngby is the perfect place for an action-packed holiday. The house is ideal for larger families or groups of friends wanting to enjoy some quality time together.

For those of you looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life, this VillaVilla house boasts an impressive outdoor wellness area that will help you do just that. Enjoy a relaxing moment in the outdoor whirlpool, feel your worries melt away in the sauna or rinse off the day in the outdoor shower. These facilities are simply perfect for finding some zen in the fresh air.

After stepping into the house, one of the first things you will notice is the impressive pool area. Here, you will find a swimming pool with water slide which is sure to be a hit with both kids and adults alike. You can also see into the pool area from the heart of the home – the large, combined kitchen and living space with wood-burning stove. Gather together in the cosy sofa area for film nights or enjoy meals together around the long dining table which has enough space for all 20 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing delicious meals.

The kitchen and living space also offers direct access through to the activity room, which is a real treasure trove of entertainment for guests of all ages. Challenge each other to a game of billiards, table tennis, table football or darts, or why not relax over at the house bar? The activity room also provides access through to two of the three bedroom areas in the house.

The property has a total of eight bedrooms spread across three bedroom areas, plus 1 loft with 4 beds, which are great for kids and teens.

Outdoors, in addition to the lovely wellness area, you can also make use of the partially covered terrace which boasts a barbecue and garden furniture. There is also a trampoline which is sure to delight younger guests.

What time can we arrive at the house?

The house will be at your disposal from 15:00 on your day of arrival. It is not normally possible to access the house earlier than that.

What time do we need to vacate the house by?

The house is at your disposal until 10:00 on your day of departure (or 11:00 if you are departing on a Sunday). A later departure than that is not usually possible.

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival. Note: Not all holiday homes have a pool (please see the house description).
