      It is close to Tisvilde Hegn, Liseleje and Tisvildeleje Strand as well as many exciting attractions, small shops and charming restaurants. What’s more, Copenhagen, with all its countless sights and experiences, is within comfortable driving distance.

      Inside the house, guests can soak and swim in the 18 m2 swimming pool with counter-current system and water slide. The Roman steps make it easy for both older and younger guests alike to get down into the pool. After an energetic swim in the pool or a reinvigorating walk outdoors, there is nothing better than relaxing in the large whirlpool or sauna.

      The activity room abounds with fun and entertainment for guests of all ages. Challenge each other to a game of billiards, table tennis, table football or darts, and then enjoy a refreshment at the bar with fridge. Or if you want yet more entertainment, let the fun continue on the house’s PlayStation 4.

      The house's natural gathering place is its central open-plan living space with spacious kitchen, dining area, wood-burning stove and sofa area. The television has a huge entertainment pack.

      The house has eight bedrooms each with either two single beds or one double bed. Plus there are two lofts which sleep six and have bean bag chairs and a TV.

      The large terrace is great for summer together time and sunbathing, while the canopy means you can enjoy the BBQ no matter the weather or season. Out in the garden children can play on the trampoline, the swings and the sandbox or they can enjoy a game of football.

      Please note that these houses are located in a summer home area where noise must be kept down after 22:00 all days of the week

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
