      Holiday home in North Zealand with room for 24 people.

      This large pool house is situated by beautiful Asserbo – between Tisvildeleje and Liseleje. The house is located just a short distance from the forest and a lovely sandy beach, and it is not far from Copenhagen and its countless possibilities.

      The house has its own pool area with a 20 m2 pool with slide and counter-current system offering endless opportunities for fun and games. Not to mention ample opportunity to disconnect and relax in the whirlpool and sauna.

      Playful souls will find hours of entertainment in the activity room. Here you can enjoy a game of billiards, table football, table tennis and darts, while cold drinks can be enjoyed from the room's bar with fridge. Over at the sofa area you can play on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Wii or simply relax with a good book or movie while the others compete.

      The house is built around the open-plan living space which also encompasses the large and well-appointed kitchen. It has everything you need to cook for all the house’s guests, including two cookers/ovens, two fridges and two dishwashers. There is plenty of room for everyone around the large dining table. Or make yourself snug in the sofa area with TV and wood-burning stove. The open-plan living area has direct access out to the terrace and garden as well as a view in to the pool area.

      There are three double rooms and six rooms each with two single beds. The rooms are spread across three separate sleeping quarters each with a bathroom.

      The house also has two lofts which sleep up to six people.

      Outside, you can enjoy the summer on the house's large terrace or play a game of football in the garden. Part of the terrace is covered meaning you can retreat into the shade and barbecue no matter the weather. Please note that these houses are located in a summer home area where noise must be kept down after 22:00 all days of the week

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
