    This beautiful holiday home is located in lovely Asserbo, close to the towns of Tisvildeleje and Liseleje. Beach and nature within driving distance of Copenhagen.

    The Skanlux house is has a nice pool area with a 19 m2 pool with water slide and counter-current system, as well as a whirlpool and a sauna where you can warm yourself through on even the coldest days of the year.

    If you want to do more than just swim on your holidays, you will find plenty of other activities to keep you busy in the large activity room. Here you can challenge each other to a game of billiards, table tennis, table football or darts. There is also a PlayStation 4 by the cosy sofa area as well as a bar with fridge where you can serve up cold refreshments between rounds.

    At the centre of the house is the large open-plan living space with well-equipped kitchen and room for all guests around the large dining table. Make yourself snug in the comfortable sofa area where you will find a TV and a delightful wood-burning stove.

    The house is divided into three distinct sleeping quarters which contain a total of three double bedrooms, five bedrooms each with two single beds and two lofts which sleep six people combined. The lofts are best suited for children.

    The large terrace is a great place to chill out and enjoy the Danish summer with a barbecue. Part of the terrace is covered so you can barbecue in all kinds of weather. kids can swing and jump on the trampoline outside while the big garden is perfect for playing ball.

    If you arrive at the holiday home in an electric car, you'll be pleased to know that there's a charging point installed at the house - so you don't have to spend your holiday time searching for a charging point in the area.

    Please note that these houses are located in a summer home area where noise must be kept down after 22:00 all days of the week

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
