Child-friendly family house for up to 20 people in Asserbo

This unique pool house has been decorated and devised by a large family and it really shows in all the details. Here, everything is optimised for a wonderful holiday for children and adults.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in Asserbo Plantage and the layout of the house is simply designed for relaxed together time. Children will love the house’s very own mini water park with pool (18 m2), water slide and inflatables, while parents will be able to keep a close eye on every second through the glass wall into the living area.

The large terrace invites you to cosy up in the large lounge set, where you can relax and enjoy the gas fire while firing up the large Weber gas grill. When it's time to eat, why not retreat under the covered terrace and warm up with the infrared patio heaters, where you can enjoy the weather all year round.

In the garden you'll find fun activities for both children and adults. A buried trampoline allows for bouncing play and laughter. A play tower with a swing, slide and a large sandpit is perfect for children's imagination and play. For those who love sports, there's also a basketball hoop and football goals for fun games and drills.

The living space is large and well appointed with a reading/cosy nook and a sofa arrangement comprised of three sofas, plus a dining table for 20 people. In the activity room, the children have a sofa of their own as well as a TV and of course both a PlayStation 4 and a Nintendo Wii. Not to mention an air hockey table and table football.

When the little ones are asleep, the adults can play billiards, table or tennis in the large activity room.

Or instead you may want to relax in the house’s whirlpool and 18 m2 swimming pool with counter-current system which means you can swim and swim without running out of pool.

The bedrooms are located away from the road, so the kids can sleep soundly at night and lucky parents can lie on in the morning. The rooms are spread across two separate sections with four bedrooms and a bathroom in each one. Plus there is also a loft which sleeps four and which has a television and a cosy corner.

There is also another bathroom by the pool. The bathrooms in this house are larger than most and feature exquisite details such as a mirror with built-in lighting and glass doors on the corner shower.

There are two extra cots and two high chairs.

Large and central living space with kitchen, bar counter and dining area, plus a wood-burning stove and cosy sofa area. Spacious and well-equipped design kitchen featuring granite, kitchen island, two dishwashers, two fridges, large extra freezer, large hob and sink. Plus four bar stools for those who want to keep the chefs company.

Companies are also welcome. The house is equipped with a projector and screen which are ready for use by the table where there is space for up to 20 participants. An extra projector and mobile screen are also available for use in the activity room.

Asserbo Plantage/Tisvilde Hegn is just 300 metres away and offers six hectares of the most gorgeous nature anywhere in Denmark, with ample opportunities to go walking or running – both on terrain and on trails. Plus there is an Enchanted Forest (Troldeskoven) which is just superb for kids to run around and explore. North Zealand more generally is brimming with beautiful beaches, wonderful nature, charming towns, museums and castles which are all worth a visit no matter the season.
