      This summer house is located in Asserbo close to the towns of Tisvildeleje and Liseleje and within the vicinity of a gorgeous beach. The house is brimming with activities and makes for the perfect setting to enjoy a wonderful holiday no matter the weather or time of year.

      Inside you will find an inviting pool area with a 20 m2 swimming pool. The perfect place for water lovers to splash and swim and enjoy the water slide, or to chill out and relax in the whirlpool and sauna.

      The activity room offers no shortage of fun and entertainment for all ages in the form of billiards, table tennis, air hockey, table football and darts. Plus there is also a sofa area where you can play on the house’s PlayStation 4.

      At the centre of the house you will find a large and bright open-plan living area with kitchen and dining table for all the house’s guests. The well-appointed kitchen has two ovens, two cookers, two dishwashers and two fridges so you will have no trouble whipping up meals for all the gang. Within the same open-plan space you will find a cosy sofa area with a TV and views into the pool area.

      Sleeping accommodation is spread across three distinct sleeping quarters with one bathroom in each area. Plus there is also room for more guests to sleep up in the loft.

      The living room has direct access out to the large and partially covered terrace. Here you will find garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can relax and enjoy the Danish summer outside. There is also a sandbox and a swing for the smallest among you to enjoy.

      Please note that these houses are located in a summer home area where noise must be kept down after 22:00 all days of the week

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
